Details: | Buyer purchased antique Stanley folding ruler. Upon receipt buyer said ruler was broken but wouldn't leave negative feedback if he was refunded. Buyer advised to return for full refund and that quid pro quo feedback threats were against eBay policy. Buyer refused to return item and left negative feedback. After his feedback was removed by eBay, he requested a return. The buyer continued sending rude/threatening messages until he was blocked. Once the item was returned, the buyer received a full refund. There was nothing broken on the ruler. The buyer is a scammer trying to get free things through the threat of negative feedback. |
