Super unreliable buyer; instead of working with a seller they claim their package wasn't delivered even though it can clearly be seen in their country and has not been returned. They then wait until just the right moment to escalate their case (without any follow-up, working with the seller, or taking any advice) to reclaim their funds on the sly. Seller beware if you are asked to send to them; you will be out your item, the shipping, and the payment!
