Buyer files return request 6 days after purchasing DVD while the DVD is still in transit. He claimed that he accidentally made a double purchase. If that were true, he would have said something within 24 hours after initial purchase of item instead of waiting 1 week later.

I declined the buyers return request and buyer didn't get any refund. If you receive any orders from this buyer, save yourself the headache and just cancel the transaction.
