Pay pal warned me not to ship to this person ..I asked her if she had resolved the issue with Pay Pal and she lied.....Very dishonest person...Never would send the item back that she stated would not work (Electric Knife) Tested and worked...Left bad feed back...Block her she is trouble and take a look at her profile UNREAL

I am this so called "bad buyer". I had to file a formal complaint with ebay against this seller after I was harassed several times though ebay messaging system. Ebay department that handles complaints reviewed all the messages and took immediate action. Whatever they did - the harassment stopped. A truthful summary of this transaction are that I received an electric knife that did not work. It was packed very well and so damage likely did not occur during shipping. Seller claimed knife worked when it was shipped. The knife had visible rust around cord into the insides of the knife which is the likely cause it did not work. It would have cost more investment to ship knife back to seller for refund and seller would not refund shipping costs UNTIL I posted accurate feedback on ebay. Only then did the buyer offer to pay return shipping and ask me to change feedback. But by that time I had already disposed of the electric knife. That should have been the end of it but as you can see -- even after ebay took action against this seller -- he/she is still at it. I will forward this to ebay in case this buyer is still allowed the privilege of an ebay account. This is the truth. I didn't get what I paid for and posted honest feedback. Feedback is a very important tool on ebay as we are buying things sight-unseen so we must rely of feedback from previous customers. Ebay takes action when buyers are harassed for posting honest feedback. That was the case here.

Well, ALL buyers get 100% positive feedback when they buy something on eBay.
And... Sellers are NOT allowed to leave negative feedback as it's against eBay's policy.
So your 100% feedback is nothing to be proud of.
It does NOT reflect what you are as a buyer and how you deal/buy on eBay.
