Details: | Buyer purchased a pendant bezel that would hold a specific coin. The buyer then sent a message stating that the measurement was off by a large amount. Basically he said that what should have been about 1/8 of an inch was more like 1/32 of an inch, a large enough amount that you would have to be a moron to make a mistake like that in measurement. Of course, when I pointed this out, the size of the discrepancy became much less in his follow up message. So I realize he is probably fishing for a discount or free item and I deny him either, he files for a return (I don't take returns, but I'll be happy to if the mistake is mine or the buyer pays the return shipping) I deny the return and he then leaves negative feedback. Buyer has negative feedback as a seller, including a claim of selling stolen goods. Buyer also has a a large amount of negative feedback left, including revised feedback and feedback left with a positive mark but negative comments. This person is a cancer and should be avoided at all costs. |
