Buyer left a negative feedback without contacting us first about a problem he had with an item.

We asked for him to reconsider, even after offering him a FULL refund which included the return shipping charge and he declined our request. Said he only needed a part off of the item that he bought, so he was happy with what he received, and left us hanging with a negative feedback for a year!
