Dont fall for anyone's bullshit. Dont trust anyone that hides behind a computer to rip you off. The bottom line is that if you screw yourself, your the one that is out any losses. Ship only to confirmed addresses, make policies and stick with them. Dont let anyone try to threaten you, blackmail or use feedback extortion. The second they do, tell them they are going to report them to eBay and make sure both their PayPal account and Ebay account are shut down. If you ship to another address and its fraud, your the only one thats out anything.
