Have to deal with another lying asshole that loves to file fraud credit card disputes to steal products from online merchants. First thing he will do is monitor all the emails and purposely not respond to any of them. He waits until the merchant says the item is shipped and then he's off calling Citibank saying he cancelled the merchandise. He will make up fake delivery dates and openly admit he never contacted the merchant to cancel the order, when it clearly states in his own words that there are no cancellations and all sales are final. It will be documented and he will have the stupidity to say it was not stated when he bought the item. The asshole is such a bullshit artist because on all 3 pages of the checkout it clearly states that. When he looses the first dispute, the asshole will waste no time into filing another dispute saying the same exact bullshit to steal the product from you. Do yourself a favor and ban this asshole the second you see him come into your online store.
