This is completely untrue. You are allowing anybody to say anything about anybody without confirming it is accurate. But more than that, you have posted my personal information on the Internet without my permission, which is illegal. I have contacted ebay and have filled out an FBI report. I am demanding that you remove all information about me immediately. If you do not, I intend to sue you, the provider and ebay for allowing this to happen. I am serious.

Wow! I would sue the CRAP out of 3 parties here, this website (for obvious reasons), eBay for not stopping this link and the eBay seller who is smearing your good name. Classactionlawsuit.com would love a crack at this. They have access to thousands of others as well. All their info is here and available to get a hold of them. It's a real Gem for a law firm! Wowzer!

Since he got the seller information, He could take him to a small claim court. It is illegal for him to post the information. This breach ebay Policy. They banned people in past for this using this site. He should continue to do it and speak to the right person. I have done this in the past. Seller was mad about feedback. lol
