The bitch was a con artist. As long as you charged the card and got a successful match to the credit card's billable address there's no fraud. The cunt is trying to see if she can get the item for free. Send her a collections letter and send it to the address and tell the cunt she's going to jail. If she replies back then you know the bitch lives there and hense no fraud. You link her to the credit card in all means possible. The IP Address if you have it, the phone number, email address, search her name and see what address she had. Take all that information and link it to the credit card's billable address.
