It started seeming strange when he replied "I have a budget of $4000.00 on just the product without shipping so i need to know the quantity of items i will be getting based on my budget. Please get back to me with an official quote stating the quantity i will be getting so we can proceed from there." They used the name Richmond Palmer and the email address palmerrichmond01@gmail.com and delivery address Delivery Address : Mrs Belinda Palmer, Liebiggasse 15, 1030 WIEN, AUSTRIA.

I suspected a scam so my reply was basically "here's a link to my 0nline form, all payments are processed through PayPal.".

Second email:
"Thanks so much for your email, I am sorry for the late in responds, I checked on your website and i am interested in your products but i am not comfortable placing orders 0nline, if i email you a list of the product i need can you send me a quote via email? I will phone in to discuss and make full payment."

My response:
"I understand, but in that case I can't help you. I only accept orders through my website, in order to prevent credit card fraud."

"Any way i could place this order directly from you?"

I wonder how long before they give up!

Exact same as above. I noticed the Caller ID came up as Kitzmiller. 301-453-2115. We got an email from the legitimate card holder, and assured them we would not be hitting their card again. The AMEX card that they used next has been refunded and notified as well. I am inviting "Mr Brown" to come and visit our shop.. in Texas, where we know how to fix these problems.
