Customer placed 2 large orders and claimed non receipt of both orders. We reached out to USPS and the postmans geo location matched the delivery address on both orders. This is after doing business with us for some time but was always trying to pull a fast one. Do not trust this customer unless you are shipping using UPS signature required so that you can fight a charge back.
