we agree with 50% TT in advance payment, 50% net 30 payment at the first beginning .
but Express refuse to pay the rest 50% payment when time is up .
when we asked them to return our parcel or pay the rest payment ,they didn't answer at all .
I can't contact them by phone call, by e-mail , either I was blocked by e-mail already
