Thats your own fault for shipping an item with no proof of shipment nor tracking. If your story is true, find out where they advertise and write on their reviews that they are complete thieves and makeup different names pretending your a customer that got ripped off by them and slander the asshole left and right.

The lack of professionalism online only further proves how much vendors should not deal with you. Also, the government trusts sending government checks with their mail system and we should be able to trust honesty through that same mail system. You are the one percent that abuses it and blames the vendor now as if it is their fault for not using tracking when it clearly stated no tracking at time of purchase. This is just as good as an admission of guilt with this response trying to pretend as well that it is not you replying.
