Messaged AFTER purchase to demand that I send the item express at my expense because she needed it ASAP for a holiday. 33 days after purchase left a 'positive negative' feedback claiming that there was an issue with the item that had to be fixed at her expense. This was the first I'd ever heard of an issue with the transaction. I would have happily refunded the item and resold it to someone else rather than this attitude-full problem buyer.
