People will do that. For whatever reason. She deliberately refused the purchase which she had a right to do. The fact that you didnt include, shipping and handling non refundable, or no returns. She would win under a non receipt rule. Appealing it wouldnt get you anywhere.
Next time use the cheapest form of shipping an item out. Dont use anything like 2 day priority mail unless its the cheapest way to go. Curse the bitch out.
