The buyer ignored my emails (4) about getting payment before I left for vacation. Then proceeded to claim she didn't hadn't gotten the item. In the email I stated that I wouldn't be able to ship until I got back if I didn't get the payment by July 12th. She filed an "item not received" claim and then didn't have decency to wait until the matter was settled before giving me a negative.
