The buyer claimed they received a damaged item during shipping, she sent pictures through eBay request return and I noticed that it wasn't the same candle holder that I sent to her... the design pattern was different and the buyers was used with scratches... well eBay of course let the scamming buyer return it and sure enough I matched my photos to the damaged one they sent me back and you can clearly see it wasn't the same one that I sent to them, plus mine was brand new... eBay allows this fraudulent behavior by buyers... it is totally uncalled for!...
