John purchased 2 items from us. He changed his mind and shipped one item back, he kept the other item and said he doesn't owe us anything back that the item came late. It did come exactly 1 day late to to UPS nut being 1 day late does not give anyone the right to refuse to return your product and refuse to pay for that product. John was not willing to work with us in any way, refused to understand that keeping a product and telling ebay to return your money is called stealing. He was a bottom feeding low life to deal with. I would not trust him in any way shape or form or ever do business with him. In our 15 years of selling on eBay we have never had a customer blatantly and openly steal from us with zero care. We lost $200 of computer parts to this low life. Beware of dealing with John Holland in Florida formally of Moline Illinois husband to Jante Allice Holland. We will only remove this if we are paid back for our product IN FULL.
