Buyer claim to be hacked and asked for a return. i agreed but when i got item it was swapped for older hardware.

This buyer is a scammer. They buy from Amazon FBA items then they replace the items in the original box with worthless garbage and seals them professionally again. After that they return it to Amazon and receives a full refund.

This buyer told the item is ripped but refuse to provide photo and or send it back. All is just came from there mouth is want refund. After they left feedback for 20 days, they asked me to provide refund then they can remove the negative feedback. This is a scam, want to get item for free. All should be beware.

Buyer purchased pair of brand new with tags The North Face etip Gloves. Immediately upon receipt, buyer took picture of used and soiled Reebok gloves along with our business card insert and messaged us, "These gloves are Reebok?? I ordered North Face". Buyer wanted to return the old used item. Buyer is a scumbag crook.
