I listed the condition of my item in my ad. After the sale, I confirmed the condition with the buyer. The buyer then confirmed that he still wanted the item and wanted it shipped right away. After receiving the item, he then filed a dispute with eBay that the item was "not as described". I didn't do anything wrong as a seller, but he's the one with the fraudulent claim.
