***June 1st; I received a SCREEN PROTECTOR from amazon fulfillment services; this is how they are hiding their identity and scamming people.*** ***At this point I know I am getting Scammed; so i open a case*** Jun. 4 :Case opened
Jun. 4 :A return request initiated ***He opened a return case on me!*** Jun. 9 :Buyer provided tracking information for return Jun. 12 :You sent us an appeal
Jun. 14 :The appeal was closed ***Ruled against me***
I was forced to pay PayPal 140 dollars; and nothing was done about the Scammer. He never responded to any of my messages either. I will be reporting eBay to the BBB; please join me as they do not care about customer service.
His email is: m***a@gmail.com; i cant figure it out though to get more information on the Scammer. tl;dr He bought an i-7 from me for over 140 dollars and then said it arrived broken, but then changed his mind and told me it was the wrong item. when I reached out multiple times to him to send picture proof he went completely ghost and opened a case with eBay. He sent a screen protector instead of my i-7 chip. He won the case, despite my best efforts to expose him for the thief he is, eBay did not care and ruled in his favor unjustly. ********BEWARE********* |

AVOID THIS GUY!! he just claimed that my i9 NEW was 'defective'. I see he is using a freight forwarding address and that it's likely an organized scam scheme. He is a liar and a thief! Shame on Ebay for not banning his account after all of these previously well documented schemes! avtandil vakhtangishvili is a scammer and probably not even a real name. This is organized crime, likely coming out of Georgia in Eastern Europe

THIS EXACT SAME GUY JUST SCAMMED ME! DO NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING FROM HIM.
With an iPhone SE 2020 for $440, he claimed it was broken and "it was for my son, I am ashamed" I told him over and over, it was brand new and wrapped, I had plenty of photos on eBay, and Apple will fix it for you if it is truly broken. I knew he was being fraudulent, before I could open a case on him it was too late, he requested a return and opened a case on me. eBay just deducted $440 from me.

I just got scammed by him as well. Thankfully, all your comments on here may just help me out in the end. They see his history of scamming. I plan on recording every single package that comes through my door so I can have proof WHEN he sends me an incorrect item. Ebay assures me that my funds are just on hold with the company.
