With that in mind, you have policies which are stated that the buyer must legally agree to. Dont let anyone threaten you with a chargeback because that is illegal and premeditated. You can take that every email that he threatened you with and use it against him in your case. Its called chargeback extortion. He wanted the item for free and tried to scare you into giving it to him for free. That was his whole plan to begin with. Anyone that tries to pull that crap on you, just say immediately that your going to contact his credit card company and send them the email he threated you with. Then say point blank, that you'll contact the local postal inspector in his home town, have his local police department knock on his door when you file a report against him, send a collection agency after him and place the debt on his credit report. Not to mention take legal action against him for mail order fraud. See if the ahole still thinks he's smart.
