Buyer then claims that all 6 seperate items failed to arrive (he is operating under the logic that Royal Mail not only managed to lose 1 of these parcels, but all 6 of his parcels addressed to him)
Buyer opens 6 seperate cases claiming items not received and wants refund for all items. When offered replacement identical items this time with Signed For Recorded Delivery to guarantee delivery confirmation, buyer refuses and claims he doesn't need the items anymore.
Buyer gets refund and gets to keep all the items.
