| Details: | Hello, I sent a book to Paragon. I wish I checked out credentials of this buyer on this website before sending it. Book was returned as "damaged" although it was in pristine condition when I sent it. Paragon definitely damaged two corners of the book. Now, Paragon requires a refund. Is it possible to punish this crook who has dozens of negative responses in Badbuyerlist? Does Amazon support sellers in such cases not to issue a refund? Or bad guys like Paragon are always right? Thank you for advice. |

As of November 24, 2023, Paragon OS is still scamming, so it's important to report each fraud to the Better Business Bureau, the US Postal Service, and the State of Florida Attorney General's office, on their consumer fraud hotline at 1-866-966-7226. The corporation name is Paragon OS, Inc, and their Florida company number, or filed number, is: P15000091373. They may now be operating out of an office at Regus (open office space) at 4720 Salisbury Rd, Ste 104, Jacksonville, FL 32256. The Paragon scammers may be from France or other country, so you may be dealing with an international issue. We cancel all orders we get from them, as they've burned us in the past. We're sorry this happened to you, but Amazon will not help. You need to make reports yourself to the authorities. They are committing federal crimes.
