I had purchased a pair of shoes on eBay on the August of 19 2021 in which I had paid $126.95 for the item. I had messaged the seller the following day regarding questions about the product and when it will ship as I had checked out as a guest and wanted to obtain more information. The seller provided a tracking number on the 20th of August TRACKING #9405508205497509483492. The item was apparently never dropped off at USPS location but the label was already created in the system. Fast forwards a few days eBay decides to suspend my account without warning and the seller refused to ship my item and canceled the bid BUT not the order itself. As a result, the order is still open and the funds have already cleared on my bank account and went into the account of the eBay seller. The seller purposefully saw eBay suspending my account as an opportunity to not ship the item as I would no longer be covered by the eBay money back guarantee and upon calling eBay they told me that nothing can be done.
