Oh no. Thats your own fault for not providing tracking. The terms & conditions when you sign up for a PayPal account CLEARLY state what your protected against and what your not. If funds got awarded to the buyer, its 100% your fault for not putting tracking on the package. The buyer saw you had no way of proving they got the package, so in a dispute the burden of proof is on you to prove the person got the item. If you lost, then thats your own fault not anyone elses. Learn from it! You knew if you didnt put tracking that could happen, your own fault if it did!

The tracking number was alright, it just had no "signature confirmation" which made Aneal Ganta claim that someone else received the item but not him. The standard "trick" of a standard con-guy. Also, as far as we`ve seen here on BadBuyers, he (Aneal) is constantly changing his IDs on Ebay & what is the most "exciting" about this guy that he is a LAWYER :)) Yes, yes, he is some Hindu immigrant who works as a attorney!!!

The report is correct! ANEAL GANTA REDDY is a professional scammer. Also, he is a lawyer from California - this is also a fact. All the details of his scam-schemes are true. There where no "identity theft" - it is Aneal himself who is trying to stage it. His ID is standard - 72.37.X.X, and it is everywhere when comment is about "defending Aneal Ganta" or "identity theft" or "its you fault for not providing tracking no." and stuff like that...It is ANEAL GANTA himself writing it!
