Paypal reversal:
Is based in Dominican Republic but uses Miami-based mail forwarder as address (EPS, Express Parcel Service)
He made a claim to PayPal one day after item delivered to EPS in Miami that his payment was an unauthorized charge.
Because I shipped to the address that eBay and PayPal told me to ship to, and it was delivered, the PayPal ruling was in my favor... but he keeps the item and there's no way to leave negative feedback on eBay. Sell at your own risk.
