Details: | I sell collectibles and gaming mostly on my store, mostly bought at auctions and estate sales- however, this one really got to me because not only did I sell my personal collector's edition of Mortal Kombat Deception for PS2 that I have kept in a smoke-free adult household, this guy waited TWO MONTHS after the sale to leave me negative feedback saying "item not as described" claiming it was in poor condition. I know for a fact that game was in like new condition. The pictures on this listing prove it. I reached out to eBay and they wouldn't remove this feedback because it doesn't "violate" their policies. So, lying is ok??? OKAY. Stay away from this buyer. I requested a feedback revision and offered him a refund, or whatever he wanted to remove the feedback, he never replied. I honestly don't understand why people do this. He is my only negative feedback I have ever received and has ruined my otherwise perfect 100% positive feedback score, so because of him, it has been at 98.7% since December of 2023. That's ridiculous. |
