Buyer Claims "item not as described" the day before item was to be delivered. Buyer (though he hadn't even received the item yet) immediately escalates claim through PayPal, sends item back and supplies PayPal with Tracking number. PayPal automatically issues FULL REFUND when Tracking number shows item has been returned. The box that this scumbag sent was EMPTY!!! PayPal say's "item showed returned, and there was nothing they could do about it". So if you deal with this scammer, be prepared to be RIPPED OFF!!!
