It is apparent this seller has posted this in regards to buy client for not doing their part in shipping item tracked.... when item did nor arrive by due date... my client asked seller if they knew when they shipped item and if it was tracked.... She didn't have a response yet refunded the money... if item was sent and tracked and seller would of done their part as claimed why would they refund my client.... also the claim of leaving negative feedback is false because my client has never done that and in regards to this purchase with seller username: wilhel.sk my client never posted any feedback.... Given how the seller reacted to simple question after a month of waiting for such item... my client can identify this fraudulent post and seller from eBay..... If such statement was true then they would be to many to identify who and make such response.... As lawyer I will pursue such false claim with eBay and shit your store down for posting lies due to your own error

Also item was purchased in June why did you wait till after buyer could report you to eBay for false claims to make such claim.... My client will pursue a lawsuit against your store and has all your emails and harassment after they asked you question in regards to how you reacted and made false claims since the first moment of contact!

You selected free untracked shipping, disgusting scammer. And then you sold the items on ebay after you got your refund. I put your address all over the internet, don't worry.
I still remember you after a year, now I am charging all buyers 10$ for tracked shipping, not to be scammed again by someone like you.

Thank you for adding another lie to the list to report to ebay and your threats... My client is not even an ebay seller...so how is that possible? Nobody scammed you...but just have this continous non stop lies and I wonder where is your evidence? In court you will need it!

It is in your best interest to end the threats and lies... You are very angry seller who is victimizing themselves over situation out of your and my clients control. They never asked for the money back.... you freely gave it back and why is that? She simply asked you she waited indicated time and package didn't arrive.... So how is she suppose to figure out what happened to the package if she doesn't ask you the seller but then you got defensive and reacted aggressively with threats and still are doing so.... My client could very well take this case against you very aggressively and your lies and your lack of evidence and you very well know you don't have any other than emails you sent that reflect my statement perfectly.... I highly suggest that you reflect on situation and your actions and remove such post or deal consequences for your actions!

Return me the stolen goods which you got for free + 50$ for damages and

you must not purchase through eBay because in order to email you... you have to go through series of questions ...no case was ever opened with intent to cause harm.... I was simply trying to ask you a question and did but eBay open a case against you and you refunded me the money because eBay said seller resolve the issue when you refunded the money.... I never asked for the money because I knew items were small and must have gotten lost in the mail.... Sorry you suffered any damages but my intent was to do no harm but you seem to continue to be very angry for things out of ones control
