Buyer bought a record on Aug 28, it was shipped on Aug 29 with tracking number. On Sept 12 the buyer, without to communicate with seller, opened a case for item not received and claimed the full refund on Sept 25, after to be informed by the seller that UK Royal Mail had updated the tracking info on Sept 24. eBay decided to give him the full refund on Sept 25. On Sept 26 the buyer RECEIVED THE RECORD (tracked in UK Royal Mail website). He didn't communicate with seller. So, it's clear this buyer is a thief, already knowing that he woul receive the disc, he claimed the full refund before the disc arrived. BEWARE, Gerad (or Gerry) Edwards IS A THIEF. I bet this buyer must already be used to opening cases for item not received prematurely and then claiming the full refund before the goods arrive, so he gets things for free.
