that makes me a bad buyer?? because it was during the Christmas holidays AND I was int he middle of moving my showroom so had all deliveries diverted to a PO box that I couldn't get to for several weeks? I didn't even demand a refund, I just asked politely and you offered it. So I shipped it back as you asked, then you stonewalled me and when I filed a complaint with ebay just to get a reply all of a sudden you said you would not give a refund which I don't understand as presumably insurance paid one to you. Bad seller more like it.
