A month after his video game was delivered, he sent a message stating the "game was broken". When asked for further details, he stated the disc was cracked.

Instructions for returning the game, along with a pre-paid shipping label were sent to his email address. The instructions specifically stated that a refund would not be issued until the item was received and inspected. Then he decides to open a case stating the seller is not cooperating (which is a complete lie). This didn't make any sense at the time but now it makes sense - he was trying to scam.

A few days later he finally provides a delivery confirmation number and escalates the case to eBay. Again, this didn't make sense at the time. eBay finds nobody at fault and issues the buyer a full refund.

Today the return package arrives and it is NOT the game that was originally sent. It is some used garbage XBOX game this is full of scratches, not the Brand New XBOX 360 game he was originally sent.
