| Details: | Buyer bids and wins item, clicks on payment sent, but never sends payment. Has 29+ Non Payments, but per ebay has to be listed as positive. Not sure how many people fell for scam and sent the items thinking they really got paid. The buyer sent me a screen shot saying that they paid for item, and asking when will the item be shipped. Has done that to many of us, I didn't fall for it :-), but would like to let others know to watch out for them... |

8 26 2016 Isabella is at it again. made a purchase from me on ebay and refused to pay. I contacted ebay and they assured me they will take the appropriate steps. they need to investigate this buyer and prosecute.

watch out for this person (8isabella) she is going by isabelladoraf16 now on ebay. she lists her name as elf fish. did a google search of her address and it comes up her last name is fischer from carson city Nevada. she is a hacker. hacked into my cel phone when I called the number listed for her in Nevada.have been in close contact with ebay and the authorities and im sure we will shut her down. until then, sellers beware. heck...everyone beware!!
