Professional scammer who performs a so called "Item not received\Item not as described" trick. His makes a purchase & when finally he receives the item he opens an "item not received" case on Ebay and asks for a full refund (or claims the item not working properly). If the seller can not prove that the item is delivered - the scammer gets money & item.
