Buyer purchased a MacBook with several issues (all mentioned in the description). He requested a partial refund since he hasn't received a charger for the laptop (which were advertised, no charger). We rejected and asked him to read descriptions prior to purchasing. Then he decided that his battery doesn't work well, he expected it to work for 7 hours (Wikipedia says) and claimed that battery only works for 3 hours instead. The guy didn't saw the part of our description, promising only 1.5 hours of battery work! So it's basically twice better than our description. We didn't give him a partial refund he requested (for the price of a new battery) and he threatend us with a neutral feedback for a bad customer service.

Beware, this is a crazy person who will try to rob you, not even reading your description.
