Buyer then don't pay the offer. Unpaid case opened on eBay to get my fees back and cancel the sale, allowing me to re-list this item again. Buyer is blocked now too. This buyer have a shop selling computer HD so I believe this move was to remove me (the competition) just at the time I was doing my 4th of July sales, so he can be the only one with the product on eBay, because the whole unpaid case process needs 7 days to complete.
