This buyer purchased my used textbook at Amazon and claimed that received item damaged. Then she filed A-to-Z Guarantee claim for a refund. I agreed her full refund and send her return shipping ($3.99) for her to return my book. She kept both my money and book. Amazon’s policy allows that to happen. For the past few years, nearly 100% of all Amazon A-to-Z Claims have been automatically decided in favor of the buyers. Base on the A-to Z Claims policy, the buyer has the right to keep the merchandise and not obligated to return the item to Amazon seller. Amazon buyers also not required to show the damaged or wrong merchandise to Amazon seller. Amazon allows scam buyers easily obtain their free merchandise that resellers have no recourse to prevent. I wonder if scam buyers already know that they can get stuff for free from Amazon’s sellers. Just file A-to-Z Guarantee claim and you will get a full refund and don’t required return the products.
