This one I suspect is the second account of seller that is trawling internet searching for other sellers to destroy their account. They bought an item that was described as leather look then claimed they had never seen the term , even though it is a well used term and they have bought and sold on internet since 03 on this account. So their Direct line customer act just does not wash. Have the feeling I was being responded to by a woman rather than a man, so I suspect the name is either fake or a boyfriends or something. But this is another you need to add to your list if you sell ladies clothing and accessories, as they know the system and how to use it against you.
