Buyer bought a carbon fiber ring that's supposed to fit inside a knob as stated in the listing but he thought he was buying a full knob assembly kit. Buyer demanded that he receive the assembly kit free of charge or he'll threaten to leave negative feedback--which he did. In addition, look at the buyer's feedback history left for other sellers which many of them are negative in the past year or so.
