This buyer refused to pay after the auction ended until many additional photos of the item were taken and sent. Photos of the item were taken from all angles at his request. He finally payed for the item and I promptly shipped it. 7 days after he received the item he complained about several very small marks on the back of the USED phone that was clearly described as USED in the description, meaning it is NOT new and it would not be perfect. Besides these very small marks the phone was perfect and in excellent condition for it's age. He contacted me wanting me to send him $15 for the marks. I refused since the marks were clearly visible in the photos he withheld payment for and the listing clearly stated it's a USED phone. After I refused to send him $15 he threatened to call the police on me and continuously called me a liar. Several days after the threats he opened a return on Ebay. I promptly refunded the money and paid for a return shipping label. Ever since that action the buyer has not returned the phone and he's no longer a registered user. My Paypal account is still frozen and I cannot use it because the funds for the phone were frozen. I paid for a shipping label for him to return the phone and he has never used the label. Ebay won't resolve this, and I cannot use my Paypal account even though it's very apparent he is never returning the phone. Obviously this guy is out to scam people. Don't waste your time with this loser.
