buyer opened up a "not as described" return, claiming that the item was altered. very specific actual measurements of the area she claimed was altered were proved, as were pictures of the item. when pressed, she got very aggressive and claimed that it "didn't matter" what she claimed because "ebay would side" with her, that she was entitled to free shipping both ways and then left negative feedback. well, turns out she was wrong....ebay shut return down and removed negative feedback...i didn't even need to contact them. so, clearly, she had done this before and had been reported enough to have everything done automatically. (if you sell on eBay, you know that the bend over backwords to give the buyer the benefit of the doubt). she should really be ashamed because a quick google search reveals that this woman 1) works in the clothing design industry and should fully understand actual measurements and how they related to fit and 2) operates an etsy store "modanisuto" so she really should understand the plight of online sellers. sad, really. definitely add kelsey lovatto to your blocked list
