This ebay scam artist uses a strategy of winning expensive auctions, with no intention of paying. These scam artists hope the item will be relisted, and because it wasn't paid for, other bidders will assume there was something wrong with it. In these cases, the second auction, almost always results in a much lower price. They win the second auction, using a different name. In this way, they intentionally wreck legitimate auctions, with the intention of defrauding the seller.
