They filed a false "not as described" chargeback claim on June 11, 2020 for an item purchased on December 26, 2020. Basically on the tail end of their 180 chargeback window for a Samsung Galaxy S9+ that I had overhauled (LCD screen and frame and charging board) replaced by Samsung Repair (not a third party repair job). It was advertised as Mint, which it was cosmetically. I have made honest attempts to contact buyer to find issue and offer a refund if they return, but they haven't bothered to respond. It's nuts that they claim INAD basically 6 months after the sale even though the IMEI still pulls up all clear (357633092793717).
