Just a suggestion. Use global shipping program provided by ebay, and this will never happen. Because the program protects sellers against international chargebacks, damage, etc.... I know alot of ebay sellers, who end up loosing money to international buyers, simply because they feel they can ship it themselves. But, personally I don't trust international buyers. Too much fraud. If somebody wants something shipped outside the U.S., then I ship it thru the global shipping program, and once it reaches that U.S. hub, and ships to the international location, then its ebay's problem from then on. Ebay sellers are not held liable, once that item is shipped from the U.S. hub. I've had several international buyers try to make falsified claims of item not received (even though tracking said delivered), broken items, etc... Ebay rejected all claims, and left it to the responsibility of the third party shipper (pitney bowes, is contracted by ebay to global ship for them). So, it just a suggestion. But, for me its a safeguard... Good luck....
