Buyer purchased total of $500 (6 pieces of clothings ) from me (US seller) and I shipped the next business day after receiving the payment. She sent payment on different date and there are 2 separate shipment. I used USPS air mail with insurance through inkfrog.com to her and she later claimed never received the package and filed a paypal claim 2 weeks after that. There was no tracking for USPS air mail and she got her money back easily, however, she refused to fill up the claim form provided by inkfrog.com and I am still dealing with the inkfrog trying to get me reimbursed.
