This buyer just purchased item with only intentions to return it. Buyer sends extreme low ball offer on item.. I declined low-ball offer.. buyer asked where I was located and once found out I was on the east coast and he was in CA he purchases the item for full price.. Though skeptical I still stayed true and shipped item to seller. After receiving the item he immediately opens a return minutes after delivery claiming it is only worth to him what he originally offered. Though I was accepting the return and full refund the day he opened the return request, he some how called eBay on the phone and had them escalate the case when the return was only open for less then 3 hours from originally being created. Obviously eBay violated their own policy and removed the bad mark the escalation created but would not honor seller fees, paypal fees, or the shipping costs wasted. This buyer's only intent was to cause seller aggravation and abuse eBays return system. It is recommended taking extreme caution when selling to this person.
