Buyer filed an 'INR' case against us. But, we knew right away that the fault was not on us. We always generate the label off the ebay system. Upon looking up the buyers info, we found that the item was delivered to the address, that was printed directly off the ebay labeling system. However, buyer forced an review on the case. His initial statement was that he never received the product. Upon opening his case, he changed his statement saying that the item was shipped to wrong address. He held up our funds in our account. We contacted ebay and they said that our account was safe from the INR. eBay ruled in favor of seller and we got to keep our money, but eBay still refunded the money back to buyer. We blocked and reported to buyer to eBay. Just a warning to other sellers, in case this buyer does this to you.
