However, buyer lives in a KT postal code, which I did not ship to.
Also, on that very day, the Taiwan post office announced that all mail going to the UK would be suspended until further notice because of the outbreak of a new virus.
Then I got in touch with buyer about it asking them what they would like to do, and they asked me to issue them a refund.
Then I went off to work...and I did not get access to my gmail account until some 14 hours later， during which time they had already left me negative feedback.
I issued them a full refund right away, but they were still unhappy.
Important fact: The full refund was issued to them less than 24hours after their request...which was in total compliance with ebay policy.
Then I kept asking them nicely and kindly to reverse the negative star...to which they simply said "It does not sound fair..."
To this day, I still do not quite understand what it is that they found unfair.
My hunch is they are a seller of similar products--with another ebay account of course, and they have made it a habit of attacking their sellers and damaging their reputation by bidding on things and then requesting a full refund and leaving negative feedback.
In any case, beware of della0208 at all cost...and steer clear of them
